Job Stages
Leads
Jobs start as leads. A lead contains very basic customer info and job outline, ready to book a site measure or estimate from plan.
Leads are monitored by your "cooling" rules, prompting sales staff accordingly.
Quotes
Estimate cost & sell prices, then use the Text Wizard to generate a description of works very quickly taking the job to Quote status. Quotes can be emailed with embedded terms and / or with attached PDF.
Quotes are monitored in the same way as leads.
Work in Progress (WiP)
When the quote is accepted the job moves to WiP status.
Purchase ordering and stock functions are switched on and costed items requiring action are flagged to ensure everything is ready for installation. Work orders can be issued and installation bookings scheduled.
Mobile
On-site with iPad
gen5x uses a local app that works intelligently and extremely quickly with it's cloud or on-premise server. Workload is shared between the two applications, so speed is maximised.
Choose between Windows, IOS or Mac or a combination of the three.
iPad is ideal for out and about, iPhone is perfect for warehouse stock management.
Working with Xero
Use gen5x's functions to invoice, receive payments and pay your cost of sales to get real time actual job costs.
gen5xXEROconnect then pushes that data to Xero with a few clicks so it is added to your overheads already in Xero - wages, rent and so on.
